Return and Refund Policy

- Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
a. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. b. The product must not be a perishable item, intimate or sanitary goods, or a product marked as final sale. c. The product must not be a digital download, gift card, or any downloadable software. d. The product should have all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
a. Personalized or customized products. b. Items on clearance or marked as final sale. c. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. d. Products with missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support team at jeffrey.r@shoproyalavenue.com within 30 days of receiving the product. b. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. c. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions. d. After approval, carefully package the product in its original condition and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
1.4 Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
1.5 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Exceptions
2.1 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
2.2 Gift Returns: If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
